IN BRIEF

IN BRIEF is the official publication of PAF.  Previously distributed by mail, PAF now delivers the IN BRIEF electronically to its members on a quarterly basis.  The primary purpose of the publication is to inform the reader on substantive areas of the law as well as the latest news and information from PAF, NALA and FAPA.

Notes From the Net - Information regarding law-related websites, software, and research tools to assist paralegals.

Cases to Note - Summarized reports of recent cases of interest in a variety of substantive areas at both the state and federal levels.

Upcoming Events - A listing of upcoming state and national events, including test dates for the CP/CLA and CFLA exams.

Membership Profile - A personal look at the diversity of the members within PAF and how they entered the paralegal profession.

Issues affecting the legal and paralegal professions are routinely reported in the IN BRIEF.

IN BRIEF . . . Briefly is PAF's newest official publication.   This interim publication provides to our members timely information on important news, events, and articles of interest between the regular IN BRIEF publication dates.
